Questions
Who pays for generations?
Your org, from one budget. Only editors can spend; reviewers and guests never do.
Can we use our own provider keys?
Yes, on any plan. You pay the provider directly and a small platform fee per generation.
What happens if a provider refuses a prompt?
You are not charged. The take shows it was refused, with a Retry.
Do clients need a seat to review?
No. Review links are free for guests and never make them members.
Can we leave?
Your originals are yours. Export any scene to Final Cut with its files, any time.
